SMARTRISE CONTROLLERS IN OKLAHOMA, OHIO, PENNSYLVANIA
Smartrise Engineering, Inc., headquartered in Irving, Texas, recently installed or plans to install its C4 controllers in projects in Oklahoma, Ohio and Pennsylvania. On the outskirts of Oklahoma City, the controllers are part of a nine-car system at the OGE Energy Corp. power plant. In Philadelphia, the controllers were added as part of the modernization of an elevator system at the 1626 Locust coworking space a few blocks from City Hall. In Cleveland, the eight-story 44 Erieview Plaza office building, built in 1967, is undergoing a complete elevator modernization that includes gearless machines that will implement C4 controllers.
