NEW NEII UPDATES ON CORONAVIRUS IMPACTS

      The National Elevator Industry, Inc. (NEII) has followed up its first coronavirus-related update with the statement that it is actively researching executive orders and policy directives at all levels of government in the U.S. and Canada for direct impacts on industry operations. This spreadsheet includes a brief description of each and links to relevant documents. The information is also available on the NEII website. It is meant to be used as a resource, not legal guidance. Additionally, the organization said that as more jurisdictions implement stay-at-home orders or impose emergency restrictions, it is “aggressively working to keep these materials up to date.” For those who have information to add, NEII asks that you email it.
