PLANS REVEALED FOR 2-TOWER LONG BEACH DEVELOPMENT

Plans from Trammell Crow Residential to build a development that includes two high-rise buildings in Long Beach, California, were released in an environmental report, Urbanize Los Angeles reports. The development, which will include a 21-story, 239-ft-tall tower and a 40-story, 426-ft-tall tower, will replace a parking lot on the 5.59-acre site at 600 West Broadway. The development will yield 746 residences; a nine-story, 1,510-car garage; and a 3,000-ft2 market. The taller of the two towers would be the tallest building in Long Beach. Between the high-rise buildings, plans show multiple five-to-seven-story buildings arranged around a green space. Planned amenities include a dog park, swimming pools, roof decks and a courtyard.
