MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC CALIFORNIA GOLF EVENT BENEFITS WWP

The Elevator & Escalator Division of Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc., headquartered in Cypress, California, hosted a golf tournament at Seacliff Country Club in Huntington Beach, California, on June 3 to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP). The tournament hosted more than 160 participants and raised US$20,000 for WWP through sponsorships, registrations and a silent auction. "We are incredibly pleased with the success of this tournament, the first of what will hopefully become an annual event,” Jarrad Jones, Southern California branch manager for the division, said. “We are grateful to all who participated, whether as players or sponsors, for camaraderie, auction item donations, financial contributions and more."
