CECA INKS DEAL WITH LIFT AI TO BUILD MCP DATABASE

The Canadian Elevator Contractors Association (CECA) announced in June it awarded a contract to build the CECA maintenance control program (MCP) Database to U.S.-based Internet of Things company Lift AI. Founded by Rob Wurth, Lift AI is headquartered in Detroit with an engineering office in Austin, Texas. With many manufacturers already providing information for the database, CECA and Lift AI ask that those interested in participating or with questions, contact CECA or Wurth. "Lift AI is honored to help build a user-friendly MCP database for elevator contractors and other industry stakeholders, and hope the efforts will prove useful for those working to keep elevators running smoothly and safely," Wurth said.
