In addition to the residences, The Avery also features 30,000 ft2 of amenities that include an Equinox-curated fitness center, a 60-ft indoor lap pool, a demonstration kitchen, a formal dining room, a media lounge, a game room, a business center, an outdoor terrace, a pet spa and 24-h valet parking.
