PERMITS FILED FOR 44-STORY SKYSCRAPER IN MANHATTAN
Permits have been filed for a mixed-use building in NYC’s Hudson Yards, New York YIMBY reports. The 44-story building will be located at 451 10th Avenue. Bryan Cho of Related Cos. is listed on the permit applications. The 580-ft development will include 267,915 ft2 of residential space, 113,513 ft2 of community facilities and 33,205 ft2 of commercial space. The tower is set to include 526 residences, a cellar and a 14thfloor mezzanine. Frank Fusaro with Handel Architects is listed as the architect.
