FAҪADE GOING UP ON CONDO TOWER IN NYC FINANCIAL DISTRICT

Panels that will form the façade of the 42-story, mixed-use residential tower at 77 Greenwich Street in NYC’s Financial District are going up on the lower floors as construction passes the halfway point, New York YIMBY reports. Designed by FXCollaborative and developed by Trinity Place Holdings, 77 Greenwich will contain 90 condominiums with interiors designed by Deborah Berke Partners atop a 150-ft.-tall podium housing a grade school and retail. Residents will enjoy views of the Hudson River, the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge, the World Trade Center and the lower Manhattan skyline. Completion is anticipated in 2020.
