28-STORY RESIDENTIAL TOWER LAUNCHED IN DUBAI COMMUNITY

The 28-story Tower B of the Creek Vistas development in the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City masterplanned community in Dubai has been launched by Indian-Omani developer Sobha Realty, arabianindustry.com reports. The tower includes a two-story podium and 390 residential units with views of Dubai Creek, the Dubai Water Canal, the downtown skyline and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. The first Creek Vistas tower sold out shortly after it was unveiled in January. Sobha Realty also plans to start work on a 60-story tower on Dubai’s Sheik Zayed Road that will include its new headquarters.
