DISTINCTIVE APARTMENT TOWER RISING IN NYC’S FINANCIAL DISTRICT

The dark steel façade is going up on the 25-story apartment tower now officially known as No. 33 Park Row, formerly One Beekman, overlooking City Hall Park in New York City’s (NYC) Financial District, New York YIMBY reports. With floor-to-ceiling windows separated by dark steel framework, No. 33 Park Row is the first residential project in NYC designed by Richard Rogers of Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, and is being developed by Centurion Real Estate Partners with Urban Muse. It is scheduled for completion by early 2020 and will contain 31 units. It counts among its high-profile neighbors the Woolworth Building, New York by Gehry designed by Frank Gehry and, next door, the 50-story 25 Park Row designed by COOKFOX.
