NAIROBI CONDOMINIUM TOWER SHOWCASED IN DALLAS

U.S. residents living abroad were offered the opportunity to buy homes in the 44-story 88 Nairobi tower in Nairobi, Kenya, during an event on March 16 in Dallas hosted by developer Lordship Africa, Mwakilishi reports. Located in a part of the city that is home to embassies, multinational corporations, and major players in the financial, legal and medical fields, the development began construction in 2018 and is expected to be complete in two-and-a-half years. It will be the tallest private residential building in sub-Saharan Africa. Residences are being designed to "five-star hotel" standards and will boast terrace and balcony views of the State House, Arboretum, the open fields of the Nairobi Club, and Central Business District.
