Blue Style (translated by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat) recently reported on details of Bunkyo Gardens, part of the under-construction Kasuga/Korakuen station project in Tokyo. It includes four buildings: Park Court Bunkyo Koishikawa (40 floors of apartments at 148.4 m tall), Bunkyo Garden Gate Tower (23 floors of offices at 110.7 m tall), the Bunkyo Garden South (condominiums) and Bunkyo Garden West (13 floors of apartments at 50.3 m tall). There will be a 6,500-m2 "Green Valley" of open spaces in the middle of the complex stretching north/south. There will be 577 total units in the complex, a collaboration between Mitsui Fudosan Residential, Mitsubishi Estate Residence and Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate.
