UPPER WEST SIDE CONDO TOWER MARKS MILESTONE IN NYC

Dahlia, a 20-story condominium tower at 212 West 95th Street on New York City’s (NYC) Upper West Side, marked a milestone recently with a topping-off ceremony, New York YIMBY reports. The tower is being developed by United Management, was designed by CetraRuddy and RKTB Architects and is being marketed and sold by Reuveni Real Estate. It will have 38 residences of varying sizes and amenities that include a 5,100-sq.-ft. elevated park, communal lounge, fitness center and children’s playroom. Reuveni President and CEO Shlomi Reuveni says the topping off is symbolic for the Upper West Side, which is seeing a burst of new development. Dahlia residents are expected to move in in Spring 2020.
