STYLISH TOWER REACHING SKYWARD IN NYC’S FINANCIAL DISTRICT
A slim, shimmery tower designed by FXCollaborative and developed by Trinity Place Holdings is rising toward its 42-story, 500-ft. pinnacle at 77 Greenwich Street on the western side of New York City’s (NYC) Financial District, New York YIMBY reports. Construction is currently at the 10th floor ahead of an anticipated topping out by the end of the year and completion in 2020. 77 Greenwich Street will house 90 residential units boasting views that include the Hudson River, Battery Park, Governors Island and the World Trade Center. Amenities include outdoor landscaped terraces outfitted with barbecue grills.
