TEI GETS MORE NYC CONTRACTS

TEI Group has reported on another spate of its recent New York City (NYC) contracts. First, it will install six elevators (four overhead geared traction passenger cars and two holeless hydraulic passenger service cars) and two escalators at 615 10th Avenue. The mixed-use building is to be delivered in 2019. Next, TEI will install two holeless hydraulic elevators at the Irish Arts Center at 726 11th Avenue, also in Hell’s Kitchen, only a half mile away. Finally, it will modernize three elevators at 2322 3rd Avenue in Harlem. Built in 1973, the building houses city social services offices.
