U.S. CONSTRUCTION RENTAL COMPANY ORDERS ALIMAK HOISTS

  U.S. construction rental business Bigge Crane and Rigging Co. has placed an approximately US$8-million order with Alimak Group for construction hoists to be delivered throughout 2019. The order will support Bigge’s expansion plans and growth in a “strong economy,” according to Bigge President Weston Settlemier. Alimak divested its U.S. rental business to Bigge in 2016. Alimak CEO Tormod Gunskeiksrud said he is “happy to continue our great partnership and see continued demand for Alimak’s  . . . vertical-access solutions for the construction sector.”
